The Austrian education coordinator in Pristina implements projects in Kosovo on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Culture and KulturKontakt Austria. 
Since May 2005 the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Kosovo provides an office within the premises of the Ministry for KulturKontakt Austria.
In close cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and other international organization, projects in the field of education are implemented, financed by either Austrian or international sponsors.
The project ECO NET introduced the idea of Training Firms/Virtual Companies in Macedonia and Kosovo.
The second project managed by the office is the introduction of new learning and teaching methodologies in Kosovo.
